All services offered by Pronto Media are for entertainment purposes only. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded. This is a requirement of PhonePayPlus in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.
Premium Rate Telephone Services
To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.
Calls to our live service from within the UK are based on calls made from a BT line, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher. All calls made from a BT landline are charged at £1.50 per minute. Calls from other networks may vary.
Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.40 per minute from an Eircom line, call costs via other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher.
Credit Card Services
To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.
All charges are made in Sterling (GBP).
Text Services (UK)
Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.
These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 0800 140 9049 (+44 800 140 9049 from outside the UK) ( 1800 924 280 from Ireland) or write to: Pronto Media Limited, Office 4, Corunna House Business Centre, 42 - 44 Ousegate, Selby, North Yorkshire, YO8 4NH
In exceptional circumstances following an initial telephone complaint you may be asked to submit your claim in writing to the above address. It is our aim to investigate any complaint within one working day (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
Credit Card Reading Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Pronto Media Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.
Barring of Access
Pronto Media Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Pronto Media Ltd or any of its associated companies.
Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against the company must take place in an English Court. |
