Q/ If I want to try and contact a loved one who has passed over, who should I speak to?

Finally, if you have a question you would like answering, perhaps use our SMS team, by sending in the keyword and your question to the shortcode
Q/ How much does it cost to use this service?
A/ The 090 number charges your phone bill at £1.50 per minute. The credit card service works in a similar method. The credit card is charged at £1.50 per min, up to a maximum of 40 minutes. Your credit card will only be charged for the amount of minutes you are on the phone to our Psychic. If you choose to use the SMS service, the cost of each message will be charged on your mobile phone bill. This service costs £1.50 per message and you may receive up to 2 messages in reply to your question.
